Here’s how to connect:
First, you need a touch-tone telephone, your account number and the Social Security number of the primary account holder.
Second, dial the system number at (903) 526-1300 and follow the instructions. You’ll be prompted to establish a personal identification number, or PIN, for the account the first time you access the system.
